Overall, this would be great if I needed more energy but I'm sure that I don't need to drink one every single day. This would be great on my BAD days in the morning. I like how it contains no sugar and artificial flavor and only 10 calories. Pretty great for someone that doesn't like artificial stuff and sugar! I received this in my Influenster 2012 Holiday VoxBox!

I'm going to go have a look at these, I'm diabetic so I am pretty limited in what I can have as I refuse to use artificial sweetners. These have Stevia and that is something I can have.
