Another month, another Birchbox!

Lets see what's in my box this month.

Boscia | Oil-Free Nightly Hydration

This preservative-free moisturizer refines pores while soothing away irritation.

Size Received: Sample Size (15 mL / 0.5 fl. Oz)

Since this is a ‘nightly’ thing, I applied it before I went to sleep. I really don’t see a difference yet so we’ll see where this product is going. It’s very light and watery so that makes it very easy to apply. There’s nothing much that I can say about this product but hopefully it will ‘refine my pores’.

BVLGARI | Mon Jasmin Noir

With waves of ripe fruit and a base of heady jasmine, this luxurious scent is the perfect accessory to fall outfits.

Size Received: Sample Size (1.5 mL / 0.05 fl. Oz)

I don’t like this scent. I guess that you can say that I’m picky. I rarely use perfume anyways. This is going to my ‘sample’ box.

Color Club | Birchbox Custom Polish

We teamed up with Color Club to create this custom shade, inspired by the Fall 2012 collections.

Size Received: Sample Size (7 mL / 0.25 fl. Oz)

Tweet Me is a bright lime green shade! That’s perfect for fall… right?! Not! I was hoping that I would get the dark blue one but it was too good to be true. It was very sheer so I used 3 thin coats. It would be much better if I used a white base. I’m just not feeling this shade for fall because this shade is more like Summer.

Twistband | Birchbox Custom Lace Hair Tie

Designers went gaga for lace this season and we don’t blame them. Get on board with these ouch-free hair ties.

Size Received: 1 Hair Tie

This is my first twistband hair tie. I like how stretchy it is but I usually have to use 2 hair ties for my hair so that it will actually hold up since I have thick hair.

Also included was a little booklet. It has a bunch of products inside and it showed us how to use it.

& this is the "gift card". I heard that the clothes were expensive so I have yet to look at the website.

Overall:

This box was just okay but I really don’t know if I should continue with my Birchbox anymore. It use to be really good but it just feels like the boxes are getting worser each month. Not only that, but the customer service is horrible. This box marks my 6^th month journey with Birchbox. I think that I will go for another month and see from there. I really do want to try Sample Society too. Ugh, decisions decisions.
