Review and Swatch: Urban Decay Feminine Palette

Urban Decay's Feminine Palette!

An eye shadow palette filled with six handpicked shadows for those who cultivate a more feminine personality. These sultry shadows suit your legendary wiles perfectly. Wear the shimmering pinks and earthy browns for subtle daytime sexiness, and then add purple and teal for nighttime glamour. Also included is Eye Shadow Primer Potion in Eden, a matte, nude shade, and Urban Decay's award-winning black eyeliner, Zero. Behold endless possibilities at your graceful fingertips.

The packaging is very simple with a fancy font in the front and a basic font in the back. There are peacock feathers for decoration and the font is in purple with a felt fabric touch (except for the back font). It’s very simple but cute. I also like the details of the rose running along the whole palette.

If you guys haven’t tried Urban Decay’s eye shadow, please try them as soon as possible. I’ve always had a good experience with them because their eye shadows are so smooth and buttery… BUT of course there are a few of them that will always have excess fall out because of the glitter, ahem Midnight Cowboy, but it isn’t that bad to be honest. Awesome color pay off considering that NONE of these swatches are over any primer potion/base.

Mini 24/7 Pencil in Zero – Black
Stray Dog – Medium Taupe-ish Brown
SWF – Light Pink
Midnight Cowboy – Light Champagne Brown with glitter

Aquarius – Light Aqua Green
Darkhorse – Deep Dark Chocolate Brown
Ecstacy – Light to Medium Purple

Stray Dog, SWF, Midnight Cowboy, Aquarius, Darkhorse, and Ecstacy

Mini Primer Potion in Eden – Nude Matte Finish

Mini 24/7 Pencil in Zero – Black

Original Retail: $34
How Much I Paid: $16

6 Eye Shadows: 0.9 g / 0.03 oz EACH pan
Miniature 24/7 Eyeliner in Zero: 0.8 g / 0.03 oz

All of the colors are so beautiful and indeed does fit the feminine theme. There are fun and bright colors and also a few neutrals. You can create so many looks with this palette with the variety of colors. Even though Midnight Cowboy can be frustrating, it is still workable. Just use a fan brush to remove excess fallout under the eyes. All of the shades are beautiful and you won’t be disappointed with this one at all. I absolutely love Stray Dog and I have a full size eye shadow of it already in the newer packaging.
