Whoops! Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been busy busy busy!
I have worked out a schedule for my blog and I will be posting about 3-4 times a week!
Anyways, here is my Ipsy bag... for the month of October.
It is a very late post but who cares! I'll review November's bag next week.
Coastal Scents - Eye ShadowCoastal Scents creates highly
pigmented, stunning eye shadows. These palettes offer four hand-selected shades
in different finishes, which can be used alone or together to create a variety
of looks. The pressed powder shadows can be applied dry or wet for a more
intense, dramatic effect. Also each palette's colors are labeled with the
corresponding Hot Pot name, making it easy to repurchase your favorite shades
individually, or in palette collections like the 252 Ultimate Eye Shadow
Palette.
The shades are beautiful! I really like how pigmented these eye shadows are and I wasn't even expecting much. I'm so glad that I got this set because I really LOVE these colors. I don't know about the bright matte yellow but I'll make it work somehow. Sorry for no eye look!

I love this marker eyeliner! It can create a very thick or thin line. I will also post a separate review for this product.

It's such a gorgeous shade and I'm really glad that I got it in this shade! This one will also have a separate review.
Very cute makeup bag and I really like the print.
Ipsy, formally known as MyGlam, is definitely stepping it up. I really like all of the products in the bag and I hope that they continue doing a great job with choosing products wisely. I have no complaints here but only good things to say. Anyways, I will be posting separate reviews for most of the stuff in the bag so keep an eye out for that!
What do you think about this bag?
Do you think that you'll subscribe to them in the future or are you already receiving monthly bags from them? :]
Thank you for reading.
that's a really nice bag! I particularly like the eye products and the lip colour. I dont get a bag from them but I get a monthly Glossy Box, which is a bit hit and miss x
ReplyDeleteGlossybox is ehhh.. I have that too but it really is a hit and miss type of box =/ you should try Ipsy out! $10 a month ;)
Deletecan't get it in Scotland unfortunately :/
DeleteOhhh i see.. I wanna see what glossybox gives out for you then ;)
Deleteha ok, I'll do it next month. I've already made a mess of this month's x
Deletehaha yay! can't wait to read it!!
DeleteYou got the eyeshadow set & the Lip Bomb shade I wanted! But I'm okay with my Lip Bomb, I have not tried my eyeshadow yet though. lol
ReplyDeletewhich eye shadow set and lip bomb shade did you get? i really love mine :D
DeleteI got the one with the two blues for eyeshadow & I got Lip Bomb 4. I reviewed the Lip Bomb 4 though. I wanted the red, but 4 is not bad either. I just didn't want 9, lol!
ReplyDeleteoooh i see! i believe that my lip bomb is #4! i need to go home and check... >.> lols
DeleteOh really? It looks like yours is 1 since it's red. Lip Bomb 4 is a hot pink. lol
DeleteMyglam only gave out #2, #4, and #9.. I cant remember lols T_T but i recall it being 4.. Hmmm maybe it is the lighting? Look at the eyeliner pic before the lip bomb.. Much brighter while the lip bomb is in shadows..
DeleteEr.. 1 or 2 I don't remember which red one it was lol, should be 2 if there's no 1 then. Maybe it's 4 but different lighting? lol
DeleteLols yeah its in shadows so it looks a bit darker.. MAYBE.. Haha really unsure
Deleteit's #4

ReplyDeleteyay! haha i'm glad for you guys too! the lip bomb is definitely packed with a punch! ;)
DeleteWow ipsy stepping it up! I've never tried one of those monthly subscription bags. Almost every single one of them have been hit or miss (birchbox, my glam, glossy box, etc)so I haven't felt the need to spend $10 a month. But it's great to be able to see and read about the product through your blog =)
